OSI Go Direct products are designed for straightforward replacement rather than repair. Here's how we support you throughout the product lifecycle:

Repairability
✅OSI Go Direct products are not serviceable once sold.
✅Defective units are replaced free of charge during the warranty period.
✅After the warranty expires, customers may purchase a new product.

Warranty Coverage
✅All products include a 1‑year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects.
✅Full warranty terms are available in the product documentation.

Manuals & Tutorials
✅User manuals and quick-start guides are available in the Downloads tab on each product page.
✅Video tutorials can be found in the Video tab on each product page.
✅All videos are currently in English. French-language subtitles are in development and will be published soon.
