DO I NEED A CREDIT CARD TO SUBSCRIBE?
Yes, a credit card is required to activate your subscription, but it will not be charged immediately.
• If you're starting a standard subscription, your card will not be charged for the first 15 days. This grace period allows time for us to ship your SIM card if your alarm system didn’t include one.
WHAT HAPPENS AFTER I SUBSCRIBE TO A MONITORING PLAN?
After subscribing, you’ll receive an email prompting you to complete the Subscriber Information Form.
This form lets us confirm your installation address, determine whether you need a SIM card, and collect the details required to properly set up your monitoring service. We’re unable to prepare your equipment or activate your service until this form is completed.
We require the form to be submitted within the 15‑day grace period. This ensures we have enough time to ship your SIM card (if your alarm system didn’t include one) and complete a quick communication test with one of our agents to confirm your alarm system is properly connected to our monitoring station. Please Note: Your credit card will be charged after the 15 day grace period.

DOES 24/7 ALARM MONITORING WORK WITH ANY ALARM SYSTEM?
No. You’ll need the OSI Smart Alarm System Gen 2 (4G) for compatibility which you can purchase here. If you have the OSI Alarm System Gen 2, you can check if you have the 4G model by simply opening the back cover of your alarm system. If you spot a SIM card slot, you have the correct model. You can also check by selecting "Setting" on the top-right corner of the Panel. Then choose "About." Scroll down to the GSM section—if it displays "4G: [serial number]," your device is 4G-compatible.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I CANCEL BEFORE THE SUBSCRIPTON HAS ENDED
Your monitoring service will continue until the end of your subscription. You can easily start your subscritpion again by creating a support ticket here. We will respond within 1 business day.
WHAT HAPPENS ONCE MY MONITORING ACCOUNT HAS BEEN SWITCHED FROM TEST MODE TO ACTIVE MONITORING?
You’ll receive an official email confirming that your monitoring has been activated. At that point, your 24/7 Monitoring Plan officially begins, and your billing cycle starts. NOTE: You will also see the active date listed as “Period Start” under the Subscriptions section of your Monitoring Account.
HOW DO I CANCEL MY SUBSCRIPTON?
Yes. To cancel, simply log in to My Monitoring Account and select “Cancel.”
After you cancel, your service will remain active until the end of your current billing term (monthly, or yearly).
WHAT TYPES OF MONITORING ARE INCLUDED IN ALARM MONITORING?
Alarm Monitoring offers dependable support for intrusion detection, panic alerts, duress signals, and SOS Emergency Response. When your alarm sensors are activated, the Monitoring Center will swiftly reach out to you and your emergency contacts to determine if assistance is needed. If help is confirmed or if we’re unable to get in touch, emergency services will be dispatched to your location. These essential monitoring services come included with Alarm Monitoring for your OSI Smart Alarm System (Gen 2).
HOW DO I ACCESS MY SUBSCRIPTION ACCOUNT?
After purchase, you will be logged into your customer portal automatically. You can log in to your My Monitoring Account here. You will also receive a welcome email which will contain a link to launch your customer portal.

2. Hover over “Security for Home”
3. Click “My Monitoring Account”
4. Enter your email address to receive a one-time security code
5. Use the code to sign in

WHAT HAPPENS AT THE END OF MY PLAN TERM?
Your subscription is set to automatically renew at the end of your chosen plan term. If you decide to cancel, your service will remain active until the term you selected—whether monthly, six-month, or yearly—has been fully completed.
WHAT IF I WANT TO SWITCH MY MONITORING PLAN?
you can switch between monthly, six-month, or yearly plans at any time.
Just keep in mind:

I SUBMITTED THE SUBCRIBER INFORMATION FORM, MY ALARM IS SET UP (AND WORKING), AND I HAVE THE SIM CARD INSTALLED...NOW WHAT?
Please complete this Test Request Form to schedule a live test of your alarm system. Once submitted, we’ll place your system in Test Mode and contact you to walk through arming, disarming, and triggering all sensors. This allows us to verify that every signal is properly received by our monitoring station—ensuring your system is fully connected and ready to protect your home or business.
WHAT HAPPENS AFTER I SUBMIT THE TEST REQUEST FORM?
✅ We’ll contact you to perform a full system test.
✅ You’ll arm, disarm, and trigger each of your sensors.
✅ We’ll verify that all signals are received by the monitoring station.
✅ Once confirmed, we’ll switch your system from Test Mode to Active Mode.
✅ Your monitoring subscription will officially begin
CAN I PERFORM A MONITORING SYSTEM TEST MYSELF?
Yes, you can perform a system test on your own! Just follow the Self-Test for Monitoring instructions carefully. Once completed, fill out the form below as usual—but instead of selecting a date and time under "Schedule a Day & Time," simply choose the option indicating you’ve already completed the test yourself, and enter the date and time you started it.
