✅ Adding Gen 1 Contact & Motion Sensors to the Gen 2 Alarm System –
When adding OSI Gen 1 motion sensors and contact sensors to the OSI Gen 2 Alarm System, be sure to add them under the ‘General’ category. The ‘Entry’ category is reserved for OSI Gen 2 motion sensors and contact sensors. Keep in mind that the ‘entry open chime’ and ‘entry opened warning’ features will not function under the ‘General’ category.
